Meetings

We meet at the Masonic Hall in Great William Street, Stratford upon Avon. Both Lodge meetings and Committee meetings take place at the Masonic Hall. Lodge meetings are followed by a formal Masonic Dinner in the Lodge Dining Room on the ground floor.

Special Diets Please when ordering meals, let the Secretary know of any special needs. It is of course important to do this in plenty of time to allow the caterers to be able to comply. Experience has shown they will do all they can to help you.

| Guests | Lodge meetings are followed by a formal Masonic Dinner in the Lodge Dining Room. If you have been invited to attend please confirm your attendance with your host. Additionally If you have any special menu requests please advise your host well in advance. |
| Visitors | We welcome visitors from around the world to our Lodge. If you are a Mason visiting Stratford on Avon or surroundings please feel free to contact the Lodge Secretary in plenty of time to arrange a visit. |
| Dress | Our dress for meetings is formal - Dinner Suit preferred, Dark Morning Dress or Service Uniform is acceptable. White collar, Craft tie preferred, or black tie and White Gloves. |
The Lodge rooms are a short walk away from Shakespeare's Birthplace in the centre of Stratford. We meet four times a year on the Second Friday of March, May, July and October.
